This exclusive Barcelona apartment boasts a fabulous location in the new neighbourhood of Vila Olympica, built for the Olympic games in 1992. With the beach and the cool harbour of Port Olympic with its mix of bars, restaurants and shops close by, and Ciutadella Park and the zoo just a five-minute walk away.
This modern apartment is finished to a high standard with stylish yet comfortable furnishings. The lounge has wonderful floor to ceiling windows, inviting the Mediterranean sunlight to flood into the apartment. There is a comfortable sofa, TV/DVD, internet access and a large dining table and chairs.
The independent kitchen is a great space, fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine and plenty of cutlery, crockery and utensils.
There are two spacious bedrooms one with a double bed and one with four single bunk beds.
There are two contemporary bathrooms fitted to a high standard, one with a walk in shower, the second has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Check out is at 10am, check in from 3pm. For arrivals between 9pm - 9am there is a supplement of EUR 30.
- Guests will be required to pay a cash security deposit of Euros 300. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Cancellations: If the cancellation is within 28 days of the start date of the booking a further cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card, thus making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
- Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
- No Show.
If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
