The Eixample neighborhood is a residential area that has became very popular thanks to an abundance of international restaurants, bars and a wonderful array of shops.
The apartment has two metro stations close by connecting you with the whole city and the Aerobus stop that will allow you to transfer easily from Barcelona Airport to the apartment.
The apartment has wonderful high ceilings giving a bright and spacious feel to the living/dining room.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven/hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, cooking utnesils, iron and ironing board.
The apartment has five bedrooms, four of the five rooms are equipped with two single beds; the fifth bedroom has one single twin bed.
There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, hand basin and WC.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Barcelona and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- Cancellations. For Low and Med season cancellations received within 72 hours of the start date will incur 1st night charged as a cancellation fee.
- For High and Peak seasons cancellations received within one week of the start date the full oustanding balance will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Reservations for three apartments or more could have special cancellation fees.
- Late check-in charges
- Check-in begins at 15:00 h. After 23:00 h guests will be charged extra supplements. Between 23:00 pm and 2:00 pm will be charged Euros 35. For arrivals after 02.00 hours the cost is Euros 50.
- Security Deposit
- As with most hotels, when you arrive you will be asked to provide a credit card which will be used as a damage deposit. This deposit will be cancelled at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good conditions.
- If the group is a hen/stag party, you will be asked to provide a 200 euro cash deposit per apartment. This deposit will be returned at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good condition.
- For bookings from 14th to 17th June a 400 euro deposit will be required.
- Pets may be permitted on request, where permitted a cash security deposit of 200 euros is required. This deposit will be returned at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good condition.
