- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Barcelona and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- Check in is from 5 pm, check out at 12 pm, there are luggage storage facilities available within the building.
- Guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 EUR. (or 200 EUR cash security deposit) This will be released on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- The deposit for this apartment is non-refundable, in the event of cancellation the deposit will be retained however there are no additional charges.
