The L'Eixample neighborhood is characterised by Moderniste architecture, designer shopping and wide boulevards. It is one of the most beautiful areas of the city with Passeig de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya separating the neighborhood into the left and right sides (Eixample Esquerra and Eixample Dret). This apartment is located on the far side of the neighborhood near the famous Sagrada Familia Temple. The area is bursting with hip bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other attractions.
The living area is light and airy, with two comfortable sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs, TV and wifi internet access.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for your self catering stay. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
There are three bedrooms, the first has a double bed and the second and third each have a single bed.
The bathroom has a shower, handbasin and WC. A hairdryer is also provided.
This comfortable apartment is in a great location, perfect for exploring everything this amazing city has to offer.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For bookings of more than three people, the owner only accepts bookings from families or groups of adults aged 35 years or over.
- Arrivals after 11pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 20 EUR.
- At check-in guests will be asked to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200. This will be refunded at check out unless any damages have occurred.
- Cancellations.
- The original booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
