This spacious apartment is in a great central location in the wonderful Eixample, this area has some of the most famous avenues in Barcelona, such as Passeig de Gracia, Rambla Catalunya, Diagonal and Gran Via de les Cortes Catalanes. Also located in the Eixample you will find the Sagrada Familia, Catalonia National Theatre, Casa Mila and Casa Batlo. The surrounding streets are full of cafes restaurants and delicatessens brimming with traditional Barcelona fare.
The large 'L' shaped open plan lounge/dining area has two comfortable sofas, TV and large dining table with chairs, it is a great social space perfect, for groups and families.
The independent kitchen is equipped with a hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, iron, glassware, crockery and cooking equipment are also provided. There is also a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and croissant.
There are four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and the fourth bedroom has one single bed.
There are two smart, spacious bathrooms, the first has a jacuzzi bath, walk in shower hand basin and W.C. The second bathroom has a walk in shower, hand basin and WC. A hair dryer is also provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Barcelona and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- Cancellations. For Low and Med season cancellations received within 72 hours of the start date will incur 1st night charged as a cancellation fee.
- For High and Peak seasons cancellations received within one week of the start date the full oustanding balance will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Reservations for three apartments or more could have special cancellation fees.
- Late check-in charges
- Check-in begins at 15:00 h. After 23:00 h guests will be charged extra supplements. Between 23:00 pm and 2:00 pm will be charged Euros 35. For arrivals after 02.00 hours the cost is Euros 50.
- Security Deposit
- As with most hotels, when you arrive you will be asked to provide a credit card which will be used as a damage deposit. This deposit will be cancelled at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good conditions.
- If the group is a hen/stag party, you will be asked to provide a 200 euro cash deposit per apartment. This deposit will be returned at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good condition.
- For bookings from 14th to 17th June a 400 euro deposit will be required.
- Pets may be permitted on request, where permitted a cash security deposit of 200 euros is required. This deposit will be returned at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good condition.
