This spacious apartment is located on the world famous La Rambla with an abundance of cafes, tapas bars, shops and restaurants, as well as the many street performers and flower stalls just seconds away.
The living/dining kitchen is open plan, with comfortable arm chairs, TV, WIFI internet access and a dining area with table and chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped for your self catering stay, it has a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.
The apartment has three bedrooms, the first bedroom has a double bed and one single, the second has three single beds and the third has four single beds. An extra fold out single bed can be placed in the second or third bedroom. All rooms are sunny with large windows overlooking the Ramblas and the port.
There are two bathrooms each with a shower, hand basin and WC.
This is a great apartment in a wonderful location, the perfect base for your stay in this amazing city.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations received more than 21 days before the start date of the booking will not attract any further charges.
- Cancellations received between 21 days and 7 days prior to the start date of the booking will attract a further charge equivalent to 50% of the booking fee. This is in additional to the deposit paid at the time of booking.
- No-shows and cancellations received 7 days or less, prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance of the booking.
- At check-in guests will be asked to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200. This will be refunded unless any damages have occurred.
- Check-ins after 9pm will be charged at 30 EUR. Check-ins between midnight and 3am will be charged at 50 EUR. Check in after this time will not be possible.

The whole process of booking, requesting an estimated arrival time and provision of the greeter when you arrive at the actual location was excellent. The greeter we had was great as he went through a map of the City for us and made recommendations as to where to go and eat, dance and visit. The location of this apartment helped contribute to our many fabulous memories of Barcelona. We had beautiful sights of the City and the size of the apartment was ideal for our group. It was excellent value for money.

"Unfortunately, I cannot recall the name of the bars or restaurants we visited as we went to many. I would recommend that visitors walk as much as they can of the City as there are beautiful sights everywhere. However, of particular interest was Picasso's Museum, the interesting and varied architecture to be found throughout the City, but especially memorable was the unfinished Cathedral (the name I cannot recall). It is considered to be the eight Wonder of the World and I now understand why."
