This apartment is located in the Eixample district, an area greatly influenced by Gaudi and including some of his most famous works - Casa Batllo and the stunning Sagrada Familia. The beautiful Passeig de Gracia is close by and the world famous La Rambla just a 10 minute walk away.
Passeig de Gracia is one of Barcelona's most fashionable avenues, with it's pavement cafes, tapas bars, great shops, as well as its fabulous architecture, from the ornate street lights to some of Gaudi's most celebrated creations. Just a ten-minute stroll away is La Rambla, packed with shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as the many street performers and flower stalls.
This luxury apartment is the perfect base for exploring this amazing city. Decorated in a clean and contemporary style, the living/dining area is bright and spacious. It has a luxurious corner sofa, coffee table, smart flat screen TV/DVD and a dining area with a table and chairs. This is a great place to relax after a busy day.
There is also a spacious balcony with stylish furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing with a glass of cava after a hard days sightseeing.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, it has a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of kitchenware, everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay.
There are three double bedrooms, each is bright and spacious with a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, bedside cabinets and reading lights. The master bedroom has its own stylish en suite bathroom.
There is a seperate spacious bathroom with a walk in shower and modern fittings. A hair dryer is also provided.
Please note, the Air Conditioning is in the living/dining area only.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Guests will be required to give a 200 euro cash security deposit on arrival. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- There is a 30 euro late check in fee if arriving after 8pm.
- Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 1.5% will be applied.
- Cancellations: If the cancellation is within 28 days of the start date of the booking a further cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card, thus making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
- Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
- No Show.
If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.

The apartment was very well fitted out and in a perfect location to see all the main attractions of Barcelona. We have two small boys and it was very easy to duck back to the apartment for rests between site seeing. There was no noise from the street or neighbors, with the exception of a piano playing in the afternoon. If I came to Barcelona again I would definitely stay here.
