For this apartment a cot can be provided on request, but the manager is unable to provide a high chair.
The living room is filled with natural light and with wood flooring throughout it retains a warm and cosy feel. There is a large comfortable sofa, coffee table, a TV/DVD with international channels and internet access is also provided.
The modern independent kitchen is fitted to a high standard and is supplied with all you will need for entertaining at home. It is equipped with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a complete set of utensils and crockery. Basic cleaning materials are also provided.
The first bedroom has two single beds, which can be made as a double on request, bedside tables and lamps. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. A safety deposit box is also provided.
There are two modern, stylish bathrooms, fully tiled and fitted with a walk in shower, hand basin and WC. A hairdryer is also provided.
This spacious and comfortable apartment is centrally located close to the Sant Antoni Market. The area of Raval can appear a little intimidating to some, or an exciting bustling authentic experience to others. This apartment is a great base to explore this amazing city, ideal for your next trip to buzzing Barcelona.
The fabulous Sant Antoni market which is directly opposite this building is currently undergoing a three year rennovation project. There may be some construction noise during daytime hours, we hope that any disruption would be minor but would like to point out that no compensation will be offered on this basis.

The facilities offered include late checkout (under request), welcome amenities, nexpresso coffee machine, change of towels every two days, lockers for luggage storage, automatic check-in, 24h customer service and a free cleaning service for stays of 7 or more nights.

- Payment:
- For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently set at EUR 0.72 per person, per night. (under 16's are not charged). This is payable in on arrival.
- For bookings of more than two apartments in the same building a security deposit is required of 250 Euros, per apartment. It must be pre-authorised on only one credit card which must be in the name of one of the guests. Please ensure that the card used has sufficient credit available to permit a pre-authorised deposit of 250 Euros for each apartment in a booking.
- This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour. Also a photocopy of the passport of the person who booked will be taken and held until departure.
- If paying the balance by credit card on arrival, please note that we accept Visa & Master card only.
- Cancellations.
- If you cancel at any time the initial booking deposit is non refundable.
- Thereafter, for cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the start date of the booking no further charges will apply.
- For cancellations received within 7 days of the start date of the booking, and for no-shows a further charge equivalent to one night will be made.
