This is one of three, one bedroom apartments in this building, they have been finished to a high standard, with fabulous artwork displaying some of Gaudi's most famous creations, it is a fun and funky apartment.
The living room is bright and airy, with a smart leather sofa, flat screen TV, WiFi internet access, coffee table and wood flooring throughout. There is also a stylish dining table with seating for four.
The modern kitchen is compact but functional and has everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay, it has an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils.
The bedroom is light and spacious, with twin beds that can be made as a double or singles on request. There is large wardrobe for storage and bedside lamps.
The contemporary bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC.
There are laundry facilities within the building, which are available for guests use, an Iron and Ironing board are also available on request.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment payment is as follows.
The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival. (Visa or Mastercard only).
- The apartment will be clean when you arrive. For stays of 8 nights or more the apartment will be cleaned during your stay. For shorter stays if additional cleaning is required this can be arranged at additional cost of EUR 30.
- A security bond of euros 150 per apartment is required, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement at check in that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required. If you do not have a credit card the security bond can be paid in cash (euros 150 per apartment) at the management office. The security deposit will be returned at check out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- For cancellations received more than 48 hours before the start date of the booking no additional charges will be made. For cancellations received within 48 hours of the start date of the booking a charge will be make equivalent to the cost of the first night of the booking
