Located in a traditional Barri Gotic building this stylish apartment is right in the heart of the city centre, just off the world famous La Rambla.
The apartment has contemporary features, but retaining the feel of the historic old Barcelona, this open plan apartment is stylish and spacious, yet warm and comfortable.
On entering the apartment you will notice how light and bright the apartment is due to its open plan design.
The lounge area has a large double sofa bed, coffee table, and TV with DVD player. There are large floor to ceiling windows throwing lots of natural light into the apartment. The living room is open to the kitchen area. The entire apartment has attractive wood flooring throughout.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2 ring ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. It is also has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery etc.
There is dining for 4 around a large table.
The bedroom area has two single beds which can be made up as a double on request.
The bathroom has a w.c. and a shower (no bath) with smart chrome fittings and immaculate white tiling.
There is Wi-Fi, A/C and heating throughout the apartment. The apartment has a safety deposit box.
This is ideal for guests looking to be right in the heart of the old town with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants to explore. A mixture of modern chic and old town ambience makes this a perfect base for your Barcelona experience.
Please note that all the apartments in this building are of a very similar layout. However some apartments have a bathroom accessed through the bedroom area. In addition some apartments have a double bed and others have 2 single beds which can be prepared as a double. If you have a specific requirement please advise us on the booking form.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment payment is as follows.
The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival. (Visa or Mastercard only).
- The apartment will be clean when you arrive. For stays of 8 nights or more the apartment will be cleaned during your stay. For shorter stays if additional cleaning is required this can be arranged at additional cost of EUR 30.
- A security bond of euros 150 per apartment is required, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement at check in that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required. If you do not have a credit card the security bond can be paid in cash (euros 150 per apartment) at the management office. The security deposit will be returned at check out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- For cancellations received more than 48 hours before the start date of the booking no additional charges will be made. For cancellations received within 48 hours of the start date of the booking a charge will be make equivalent to the cost of the first night of the booking
