Canuda #2- not used, Delightful Studio - Right by La Rambla.
This bright and fresh studio is one of 4 studio apartments in this totally refurbished and traditional building. The building enjoys a privileged position, right in the heart of the old town, just seconds from the world-famous La Rambla. The amazing Boqueria market is just a few minutes away and the surrounding streets are packed with great tapas bars, restaurants and boutiques.
This studio has been refurbished with style, quality and in sympathy with its historic heritage - original beamed ceilings, smart wooden floors and tasteful fittings.
There are 2 twin beds positioned together and a comfortable double sofa bed providing sleeping for four guests. We have provided a TV and DVD player although with La Rambla and the Barri Gotic just downstairs we don't think you will be using them very much!
The kitchen area is modern and fully equipped with a full electric oven, 4-ring hob, and fridge. Pots, pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery are all provided. There is also a dinning table and chairs for four.
The bathroom is small but beautifully finished in cool, mosaic tiles - there is a shower, WC and hand basin.
The apartment has a safety deposit box and heating and air conditioning makes this studio very comfortable all year round.
The location right in the heart of the historic old town ensures this studio offers an excellent base for a great Barcelona experience.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment payment is as follows.
The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival. (Visa or Mastercard only).
- The apartment will be clean when you arrive. For stays of 8 nights or more the apartment will be cleaned during your stay. For shorter stays if additional cleaning is required this can be arranged at additional cost of EUR 30.
- A security bond of euros 150 per apartment is required, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement at check in that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required. If you do not have a credit card the security bond can be paid in cash (euros 150 per apartment) at the management office. The security deposit will be returned at check out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- For cancellations received more than 48 hours before the start date of the booking no additional charges will be made. For cancellations received within 48 hours of the start date of the booking a charge will be make equivalent to the cost of the first night of the booking

The apartment was fine for our requirements and the location was brilliant, with every amenity locally that you needed including local supermarket with everything you need and a profusion of bars, tapas and shops of all kinds. You will want for nothing in this area which is literally 2 minutes from the Placa Catalunya and 30 seconds from La Rambla. There is some street noise at night, but we are good sleepers so it wasn't really a problem. If you are a light sleeper however, it could be problem for you at weekends. Overall a great location in a fabulous city.

I travel a lot, although I never really liked Spain and only picked Barcelona because of recommendations by some friends. What a change from my previous experiences, the city its self is a star, but the level of friendliness and service was far above what I expected.
