Calle Portaferrissa, Luxury right in the heart of things

Located right off the world famous La Rambla this super apartment offers a luxurious eclectic mix of old and new. Its location is also hard to beat with La Rambla at the end of the street and surrounded by a plethora of tapas bars, cafes restaurants and some of the best shopping in Europe!

This apartment is on the third floor of a traditional Bari Gotic building.

The beautiful apartment is light and airy with a great feeling of space with subtle tones and a burnished wooden floor.

In the living area is a large comfy white sofa with an antique Catalan cupboard. There are simple but effective touches with white shutters and rugs. There is a modern Italian style coffee table and regal wicker arm chair with a TV and DVD player (that can play your CD's). The artworks are from Japanese and Hong Kong illustrators.

The bedroom has a sumptuous double bed with a marvellous Catalan style headboard with floor to ceiling windows leading out to a standing balcony. There are two bedside cabinets and amazing feathered reading lamps.

The bathroom is super stylish with a large shower and w.c.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a SMEG fridge freezer, microwave, halogen hob, washing machine, kettle and coffee maker

The apartment is air conditioned and also comes provided with an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Located right on one of the three main shopping avenues in Barcelona this apartment is a great base for being immersed in art and shopping. A truly memorable setting for your stay in Buzzing Barcelona!

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • If cancellation is within 28 days of the start date of the booking a further cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card, thus making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
  • Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
  • If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
