The large open space contains living, dining, and kitchen areas, and separated by a partition, the sleeping space.
The lounge area has a large double sofa bed, coffee table, TV and DVD player (that also plays your CD's).
The kitchen area is clean and modern with a 2-ring hob, a microwave oven (but no regular oven), fridge, kettle and toaster, and fully equipped with pots and pans etc.

Separated by a screen is the bedroom area, with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.
The bathroom is fully tiled with smart chrome fittings and a large shower (no bath).
The apartment has a safety deposit box.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment payment is as follows.
The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival. (Visa or Mastercard only).
- The apartment will be clean when you arrive. For stays of 8 nights or more the apartment will be cleaned during your stay. For shorter stays if additional cleaning is required this can be arranged at additional cost of EUR 30.
- A security bond of euros 150 per apartment is required, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement at check in that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required. If you do not have a credit card the security bond can be paid in cash (euros 150 per apartment) at the management office. The security deposit will be returned at check out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- For cancellations received more than 48 hours before the start date of the booking no additional charges will be made. For cancellations received within 48 hours of the start date of the booking a charge will be make equivalent to the cost of the first night of the booking
