This stunning apartment is a real treat. Located just a few minutes walk from the main hub of the city - Plaza Catalunya and amongst the beautiful modernist architecture and Guadi buildings of Eixample. With La Rambla just a 15 minute stroll away this is a wonderful location for your stay in buzzing Barcelona.
The apartment is very bright and immaculately presented on the third floor. The living room has beautiful wooden flooring throughout, a large sofa which also converts to a sofa bed for 2 guests. There is a TV with Spanish terrestrial channels, a stereo with Radio- CD player, MP3 Player and a DVD player. The dining area has a smart glass dining table and seating for 6.
The main bedroom is bathed in sunlight during the day and is very attractively decorated. It has a large double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom also has a double bed.
The bathroom is clean and bright with a large oval bath and overhead shower and a hairdryer is provided.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with smart appliances including a microwave, oven, a full refrigerator/freezer, a coffee machine, a washing machine, kettle, toaster, pots and pans.
The apartment is air-conditioned and heated throughout.
The apartment is equipped with Wi Fi (wireless) ADSL internet access.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Arrivals after 10pm will be charged a late check in fee of 30 EUR.
- From November 1st 2012 a local tourist tax will be introduced for Barcelona. For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently set at EUR 0.75 per person, per night. (unders 16's are not charged).
- Guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros. This will be released on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 400 euros payable by credit card.
- Hen and Stag parties are not permitted in this apartment.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2% will be applied.
- Cancellations: If the cancellation is within 28 days of the start date of the booking a further cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card, thus making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
- Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
- No Show.
If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.

Quite large supermarket(Mercadona) is also near, very convenient. quiet neighbors considering this fantastic location.
- room was bright & spacious. kitchen was clean & fully equipped. oval bath (much larger than expected!) was a great option after a day-long rambling in Barri Gotic.

BRILLIANT location and just what we wanted.

"As we were there for the Grand Prix location was excellent with shuttle bus to Circuit de Catalunya a very short walk on Pssg. Saint Joan. We enjoyed the Rani Indian restaurant nearby. We also tried Citrus and it was good food although small portions. Picasso museum was cool and interesting."
