Just a ten-minute stroll away is La Rambla, packed with shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as the many street performers and flower stalls.
This stylish apartment is the perfect base for exploring this amazing city. The living/dining area is bright and spacious. It has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV/DVD and a dining area with a table and chairs. This is a great place to relax after a busy day.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, It has a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine and plenty of kitchenware, everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
There are three double bedrooms, each is bright and spacious with a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, bedside cabinets and reading lights.
There are two stylish bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the other with a bath and overhead shower.
This apartment is perfect for guests looking for a convenient, stylish, central location, from which to explore this amazing city.

- Payment:
- Guests will be required to give a 200 Euro cash security deposit on arrival. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- There is a 35 Euro late check in fee if arriving after 8pm.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 1.5% will be applied.
- Cancellations:
- The initial booking deposit is non refundable
- If the cancellation is within 28 days of the start date of the booking a further cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card, thus making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
- Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
- If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
