Located in a traditional Barri Gotic building this funky apartment is right in the heart of the centre, with views into the Cathedral square and just a short stroll to the world famous La Rambla.
With contemporary features, but retaining the feel of the historic old Barcelona, this apartment is stylish and spacious, yet warm and comfortable.
The lounge area has a large double sofa bed, funky designer chair, coffee table, and TV with DVD and CD player. The standing balcony overlooks the pedestrian street full of boutiques and cafes with views to Cathedral Square. At the end of this street is the wonderful Cafe Balboa, which serves some of Barcelona's finest Pinxos (similar to Tapas).
The kitchen is a statement of urban chic with its immaculate stainless steel lines and state of the art appliances. Fully equipped with a ceramic hob, full oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. It is also fully equipped with coffee maker, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery etc.
There is dining for 4 around a large table
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
The "wet room" style bathroom is accessed from the bedroom. It contains a w.c. and a large shower (no bath) with smart chrome fittings.
There is also a double bed in an open area of the apartment between the bedroom and the living room.
The apartment has a safety deposit box and there is A/C and heating throughout the apartment.
This is ideal for guests looking to be right in the heart of the old town with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants to explore. A mixture of modern chic and old town ambience makes this a perfect base for your Barcelona experience.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment payment is as follows.
The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival. (Visa or Mastercard only).
- The apartment will be clean when you arrive. For stays of 8 nights or more the apartment will be cleaned during your stay. For shorter stays if additional cleaning is required this can be arranged at additional cost of EUR 30.
- A security bond of euros 150 per apartment is required, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement at check in that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required. If you do not have a credit card the security bond can be paid in cash (euros 150 per apartment) at the management office. The security deposit will be returned at check out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- For cancellations received more than 48 hours before the start date of the booking no additional charges will be made. For cancellations received within 48 hours of the start date of the booking a charge will be make equivalent to the cost of the first night of the booking
