The Borne Pop Art apartment's extraordinary location offers the captivating allure of the medieval city with its residential palaces, Gothic and Renaissance buildings.
This fascinating area is characterised by it's narrow stone streets and is often referred to as Barcelona's 'Soho' as the streets thrive with trendy restaurants, cool bars and designer boutiques. Nearby attractions include the Santa Maria del Mar (the city's awe inspiring church), the stunning Gaudi-inspired Santa Catrina market, the Picasso Museum, the Palau de la Musica Catalana and the Citutadella Park.
Surrounded by the charming contrast between the old and the new, this is the trendiest area in Barcelona, a bohemian artsy scene with fashionable boutiques, wine stores, a variety of restaurants, tapas' bars, cafe terraces and candlelit restaurants.
The world famous Las Ramblas are close by and even the beach at Barceloneta is within walking distance. With a metro station nearby the rest of the city is also easily accessible.
The apartment is a wonderful explosion of colour, with a fusion of traditional elements like the Catalan vault ceilings, wood beams, double leaf door and parquet floors combined with colourful pop art design makes the space bright, lively and fresh.
The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a funky lamp, flat screen television and Wi-Fi Internet access. To one side there is a dining table and chairs.
The kitchenette is compact yet modern and equipped with a small fridge, hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery and crockery. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The sleeping area is to one side and has a double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps, a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The stylish bathroom has smart modern fittings and is decorated in fresh minty green tiles. It has a walk in shower, hand basin and W.C.
El Borne is one of Barcelona's most fashionable areas for its bright young things. Buzzing with creative types, professionals, and families, El Borne has become a centre for innovative restaurants, cool bars, unusual boutiques and funky home furnishing stores. It's a great place to hang out, take a coffee or sip a cool beer in one of the many cafe terraces.
With the beaches just a short walk away, the Barri Gotic even closer and a metro around the corner, El Borne enjoys an enviable location and a wonderful atmosphere. A great base for a trip to buzzing Barcelona.

- For this apartment payment is as follows.
The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival. (Visa or Mastercard only).
- The price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently set at EUR 0.72 per person, per night. (under 16's are not charged). This is payable on arrival.
- A security bond of Euros 150 per apartment is required, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement at check in that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required. If you do not have a credit card the security bond can be paid in cash (Euros 150 per apartment) at the management office. The security deposit will be returned at check out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Cancellation:
- For cancellations received more than 72 hours before the start date of the booking no additional charges will be made. For cancellations received within 72 hours of the start date of the booking a charge will be make equivalent to the cost of the first night of the booking
