If you wish to visit the city's other major sights the Jaume metro station is just a short stroll away.
A wonderful apartment that has been stylishly decorated throughout it comprises of a large living space, separate dining area, four bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen and two bathrooms.
The living area enjoys large french windows, two huge comfy sofas and armchairs for you to relax or to watch the flat screen TV. Enjoy your meals in the separate dining room.
The modern kitchen comes complete with an oven and hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher.
A double bed can be found in one bedroom with two single beds in each of the other two rooms.
The first bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and wash basin with the second bathroom comprising of a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.
Additional amenities at the apartment include air conditioning, washing machine and dryer and a hairdryer.
Towels and bed linen are provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that check-in is done from 14:00 at the central office located in: Calle Ferran, 11. If you arrive before this time, you may leave your luggage at reception.
- The reception opening hours are from 10:00 to 20:00. Check-in outside these hours take place in the apartment and has an extra charge of 40 euros.
- For this apartment payment is as follows.
The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival. (Visa or Mastercard only).
- For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently set at EUR 0.72 per person, per night. (under 16's are not charged). This is payable on arrival.
- The apartment will be clean when you arrive. For stays of 8 nights or more the apartment will be cleaned during your stay. For shorter stays if additional cleaning is required this can be arranged at additional cost of EUR 30.
- A security bond of euros 150 per apartment is required, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement at check in that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required. If you do not have a credit card the security bond can be paid in cash (euros 150 per apartment) at the management office. The security deposit will be returned at check out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behavior.
- For cancellations received more than 72 hours before the start date of the booking no additional charges will be made. For cancellations received within 72 hours of the start date of the booking a charge will be make equivalent to the cost of the first night of the booking

The greeters were EXCELLENT. The telephone call when I arrived was particularly good and the staff were SO friendly and helpful. thank you for maps- most helpful. checkout by simply leaving the keys is great as was the storage for luggage at the office. that is one TINY lift though!
