This stylish apartment is situated in the Borne area of the historic Old Town (Ciutat Vella). This fascinating area is characterised by it's narrow stone streets, it's artistic expression focused around the many museums and galleries.
Borne is often referred to as Barcelona's 'Soho' as the streets thrive with trendy restaurants, cool bars and designer boutiques. Nearby attractions include the Santa Maria del Mar (the city's awe inspiring church), the stunning Gaudi-inspired Santa Catrina market, the Picasso Museum, the Palau de la Musica Catalana and the Citutadella Park.
The apartment is decorated in a cool, contemprary style, with comfortable furnishings giving it a cosy home from home feel.
The living area is crisp and clean with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table and chairs and wifi internet access.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your self catering stay including a fridge, hob, microwave, washing machine crockery, glassware and all the essentials you would need to prepare a meal at home. An Iron and ironing board are also provided.
There are three bedrooms, the spacious master bedroom has a double bed, the second and third bedrooms each have a single bed.
The fully tiled bathrooms has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC. A hairdryer is also provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For bookings of more than three people, the owner only accepts bookings from families or groups of adults aged 35 years or over.
- Arrivals after 11pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 20 EUR.
- At check-in guests will be asked to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200. This will be refunded at check out unless any damages have occurred.
