Las Rambals is just a 10 minute walk away or two stops on the metro and you are at Plaza Cataluya, the central hub of the city.
The living/dining area comes with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV with USB port enabling you to view holiday photos or videos during your stay, DVD and WIFI internet access. There is also a dining area with table and chairs.
The kitchen is open plan to the living area making entertaining at home a social affair. It is well equipped for your self catering stay, it has a breakfast bar with two chairs for enjoying a morning coffee, a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.
The apartment has three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and smart en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third has two single beds.
There is a second separate bathroom with a shower, hand basin and WC. A hair dryer is also provided.
This is a great apartment in a wonderful location, the perfect base for your stay in this amazing city.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations received more than 21 days before the start date of the booking will not attract any further charges.
- Cancellations received between 21 days and 7 days prior to the start date of the booking will attract a further charge equivalent to 50% of the booking fee. This is in additional to the deposit paid at the time of booking.
- No-shows and cancellations received 7 days or less, prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance of the booking.
- At check-in guests will be asked to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200. This will be refunded unless any damages have occurred.
- Check-ins after 9pm will be charged at 30 EUR. Check-ins between midnight and 3am will be charged at 50 EUR. Check in after this time will not be possible.
