This large duplex is located in one of the best areas in the Barri Gotic just a few metres from La Rambla, Plaza Catalunya and the cathedral.
The property is located right in the centre of town, minutes walk from La Rambla with the Portal del Angel, just round the corner.
The apartment is reached through a private, gated entrance, down a pretty patiod passageway located in a street running between the world famous La Rambla and the pedestrian shopping street, Portal De L'Angel. Once inside the second floor apartment you will find peace and tranquillity in stunning style. Step outside and you are surrounded by historic medieval streets packed with boutiques, cafes, restaurants and tapas bars. Less than two minute's walk and you are on the bustling La Rambla, and three minutes away is the city hub - Placa De Catalunya. A perfect location.
On the Lower floor (entrance level).
The spacious living room has a smart leather sofa bed with a great LCD TV, DVD and Hi Fi. There is a wonderful parquet floor throughout and also a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is small but ultra modern and well equipped with pots and pans, crockery and cutlery as well as a full oven, four ring hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
The master bedroom has a large double bed with bedside cabinets and reading lights. It has an en-suite shower room with w.c. and basin.
There is also a second bathroom - very smart with a great shower, bath, w.c.and hand basin and a hair-dryer is provided.
On the Upper floor:
There are two double bedrooms nestled in the eaves of the apartment. They are light and sunny with plenty of storage space. One has a double bed and the other has a single bed. There is also an open plan third bedroom with two single beds.
The apartment has ADSL wireless internet connection, is fully heated and air-conditioned.
A very smart apartment in a perfect location.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Arrivals after 10pm will be charged a late check in fee of 30 EUR.
- From November 1st 2012 a local tourist tax will be introduced for Barcelona. For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently set at EUR 0.75 per person, per night. (unders 16's are not charged).
- Guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros. This will be released on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 400 euros payable by credit card.
- Hen and Stag parties are not permitted in this apartment.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2% will be applied.
- Cancellations: If the cancellation is within 28 days of the start date of the booking a further cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card, thus making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
- Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
- No Show.
If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.

The Greeter Carlos was lovely and very helpful. All our questions were answered and problems solved promtly. i.e The hairdryer wasn't working and he replaced it within the hour.
The location of the apartment is just ideal, we could not have asked for a better location, apartment aside, I would definately book it again just for the location.
Shops right on your door step, along with the main Catalunya Square just 5 minutes away, yet lovely and quiet.

"W Hotel for a cocktails and the 5 star experience along with Taller Tapas, great food and very reasonable along with friendly staff.
Catch the bus from the airport as its very cheap and only about 20mins into the centre of Barcelona only 5 Euros 5 cent, they run all the time.
To hear cool music from up and coming new artists I would recommend Harlem club 5 Euro's entry included a drink."
