It is within easy walking distance of the city's many vibrant cafes, restaurants and shops, and the main museums and theatres are easily accessible on foot, by bicycle or by tram.
This striking one bedroom, third floor apartment features strong colours and geometric abstractions creating a bright and luxurious environment. The apartment provides a double bedroom, full bathroom, a spacious and comfortable living room, and an open-plan kitchen providing modern facilities to dine and entertain in style.
The living room features a range of stylish furniture, sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, a flat screen TV (with PayTV option), CD and DVD player. Complimentary high speed internet is also provided.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, electric hob, combination microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bedroom provides a double bed, second flat screen TV, bedside tables and reading lamps and a walk-in wardrobe offering ample storage space.
The marble tiled bathroom provides a shower, bath, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail. There is also a hairdryer and a valuables safe for your personal use.
A temporary bed can be supplied for a third guest for an extra supplement of EUR 40 per night. A child's cot and high chair can also be provided on request for a small extra charge.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- The rates for this apartment exclude 5% city tax, which will be added to the balance paid directly to your apartment manager.
- A 25% deposit will be taken directly by the apartment manager at the time of booking.
- The outstanding balance will then be due 14 days prior to your arrival date.
- Payment can be made either by credit card or bank transfer. If payment is made by bank transfer, funds must be cleared, a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. If payment is made by credit card, an authorisation is required, which must be signed and returned directly to your apartment manager.
- On arrival a EUR 500 credit card pre-authorisation will be required, per apartment. This security deposit will be returned to your card on the first business day following your check-out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- A 5 night minimum stay will apply during the Easter, Christmas and New Year period, and a 7 night minimum stay will apply during the period of the IBC Conference in September.
- The cost of a cot or a high chair is EUR 15 per item, per night.

- In the event of cancellation your initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Thereafter, If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, a further charge equivalent to 25% of the outstanding balance will apply.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, or do not show, a charge equivalent to 100% of the outstanding balance will apply.
