The living area has a double bed, sofabed, coffee table, CD/ DVD player and a flat screen television with basic satellite package. The well lit dining area has a small breakfast bar with stools. Wireless internet is also provided.
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped for your stay with fridge, kettle, microwave and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bedroom area features a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables with reading lamps, flat screen satellite television, radio alarm clock and large lamp.
The private bathroom is beautifully styled and features a shower, toilet, hand basin, towel rail and hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the size of the sofa bed this apartment can sleep either 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. A group of 4 adults would not be permitted.

- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Thereafter you will be required to provide written notification of cancellation a minimum of two weeks prior to arrival to avoid further charges.
- If you cancel within 2 weeks of your arrival there will be a further charge equal to 20% of the remainng balance.
- If you cancel within one week of arrival there will be a further charge equal to 50% of the remaining balance.
