Benefiting from a great location this large apartment is within walking distance to Leidseplein Square. The streets are full of bars, restaurants, outdoor cafes, theatres, cinemas and night clubs. You will often find many street performers and in the winter from November until Christmas there is an out door ice rink.
Being in the Central Canal Ring you are only a short distance away from Dam square and Nieuwmarkt and the famous Red Light District. These are reachable by local public transport or by bike which is an excellent way to get around the city to explore.
This apartment has everything you will need for you prefect stay in Amsterdam. It comprises of a living room, two bedrooms, a combined kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms and a garden terrace.
The living area is spacious having two sofas which both make a double sofa bed, an arm chair, a coffee table and a T.V. In the area you have the well equipped kicthen having a a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a fridge, a gas stove, a kettle, a microwave and an oven.
There is a dining table which comfortable seats up to four guests.
Climbing three little steps you make your way to the first bedroom where you will find two double beds with a bedside table and reading lamp in the middle. This room opens out onto a garden terrace through large double glazed doors.
Leading to the second bedroom you will find another double bed having bedside tables either side with reading lamps and an arm chair.
The bathroom is located in between each bedroom. It has been finished well having a bath with shower, a handbasin, a mirror with lighting and a W.C.
A baby or is available upon request. A local charge of 50 EUR will apply.

- The final balance is due either upon arrival in cash or prior to arrival by credit card or Pay Pal. If you wish to pay by card then payment MUST be made in advance. If you choose to do this a handling fee of 4.9% will apply, this must be done at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please let us know which method of payment you will be making if paying the balance before arrival. If you do not pay in advance you must pay in cash on arrival, you can NOT pay with card on arrival.
- If possible please advise us of your checking in time upon booking. This is important so a greeter can be arranged for you upon arrival.
- If there is a cleaning fee quoted within the total booking cost of this apartment this is payable upon arrival and must be paid by cash.
- Cancellation Conditions:
- Any cancellation requests made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur a loss of both deposits.
- Any cancellation requests made 7 - 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 4 - 6 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 80% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 3 days or less prior to arrival date or any no-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
