Town House # 1, Very centrally located.

This two bedroom apartment is situated minutes from Centraal Station and is situated within the heart of the buzz and excitement and all night entertainment of the Red Light District.

You will be within walking distance of Dam Square, which is the very centre of Amsterdam, and is also the site of the Royal Palace.

The apartment is located just off the Warmoesstraat and has an open floor plan
consisting of three levels above the ground floor.

The entry stairs leads to the first floor which consists of a built-in kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and wooden cabinets, Formica counter tops and a dining area. There is also a toilet and a storage area on the ground level.

The second floor consists of a living room with double sofabed and an adjoining room complete with two single beds.

The third level consists of a master bedroom with two single beds and a master bathroom with a shower, a separate bath tub, bidet and a double vanity sink. The master bedroom has a sky-light and a balcony.

Smoking is allowed in the apartment.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • A refundable cash security deposit of EUR 250 is payable on arrival. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
  • There is a minimum stay of 5 nights during the Christmas and New Year period and a 4 night minimum stay during Easter, Queen's Day and Cannabis Cup periods. During the IBC Conference period the minimum stay will be 5 nights.
  • As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance. This will be payable in cash in Euros.
  • A refundable cash security deposit is payable on arrival. This will be refunded less any deductions for damages occurred during your stay.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date or do not show, there will be a cancellation charge of up to a maximum of 7 nights.
