This apartment has been extensively renovated to a very high standard. It is situated close to both Centraal Station and the excitement and entertainment of Dam Square and provides every amenity for a luxury weekend break.
The neighbouring district of Jordaan, is also brimming with fantastic cafes, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The Jordaan oozes atmosphere with its narrow streets, picturesque canals, brown cafes, art galleries and unique shops. You can easily lose yourself in a pleasant stroll through the enchanting streets that connect the 3 main canals.
This private apartment provides a open galleried bedroom area with two single beds, reading lamps and flat screen TV and wardrobe offering ample storage space.
Below the bedroom level is a living and kitchen area offering a stylish leather sofa bed, second flat screen TV, a breakfast bar with two high stools and kitchenette facilities of fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the utensils, cutlery and tableware you will need for your stay.
The shower room has a hand basin, mirror, toilet, shower cubicle and towel rail. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 5 night minimum stay across Christmas, Queen??´s Day and the New Year period and a 7 night stay will apply during the annual IBC conference in September.
- As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge in cash in Euros together with a refundable security deposit of EUR 50.00.
- Thereafter should you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 14 days notice to avoid additional cancellation charges.
- If your stay is for 3 days or less, there will be an additional charge equivalent to one night's rental.
- If your stay is between 4 and 7days, there will be an additional charge equivalent to three night's rental.
- If your stay is for 7 days and above there will be an additional charge equivalent to 5 night's rental.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival or you do not show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
- A late check-in charge of EUR 20 will apply for all check-ins post 20.00.

"Our greeter was very friendly and offered to give us information on directions and the city. Everything was fantastic except the temperature was a bit chilly. The apartment was very clean, the bedding was very clean also. The pictures on the web looked just like the place in person. It was very nice to be on the ground level of a neat house on a quieter old street. This was the best part of the apartment. Everything is so close, if you cannot walk you can catch the tram or train to anywhere! Best location I have stayed in for access to everything quickly (of 5 trips to Amsterdam), especially in the colder winter weather. The greeter was very nice and it was great to get to check in early (10 AM). The great location made it easy to go around town without spending too much time in the cold. Recommend Ristorante Savini - Italian, De Kas - Organic locally grown food, Kadinsky Cafe - Nice bar just north of the Dam Square."

"I have nothing but good things to say about our stay in this apartment.
The booking was swift and efficient. I was grateful that we had the
opportunity to stay here for two nights which is normally three.
Pepe met us at Central station. He was very welcoming, accommodating and
friendly. The apartment was so cosy and unusual and only minutes from
Central Station which was so convenient. The beds on the upper level as
seen in the pic which was pleasantly unusual and the bedroom area was light
and bright with an extremely high ceiling! The downstairs was equally as
pleasant with a small microwave and grill, crockery and cutlery were also
available. The only thing which may have made life a bit easier would have
been a kettle but the microwave served its purpose equally well.
Bedding was fresh and lots of towels available. The sink in the bathroom is
really tiny so beware you don't knock yourself out while brushing your
teeth!
All in all, my friend and I loved this apartment and felt we could've easily
spent more time there and were sad to leave.
