"The apt. was very clean and well equiped with everything promised. Our greeter Rick was quite helpful. The location of the apt. was terrific, close to the canal and all the sights, as well as the train station. Glad you warned us about the steep stairs!"

The building was gorgeous and in a great neighborhood. In addition, the greeter was very friendly with helpful tips about the neighborhood. It would have been nice to have more towels and tea towels available. The supplies were adequate but could have been more generous.

It was very good of the greeter to let us leave our luggage. We did not fly until 10 pm so this was very much appreciated. Lockers at the station cost 7 Euros and we had 5 bags. So this was really handy for us. The greeter was really nice and polite and kept in touch when needed.

You called and spoke to me which in this day and age is wonderful. I thought you were very professional. This was a family trip and the house is in an excellent location for the Anne Frank House, Canal trips, The Pancake bakery - great for kids, and generally pottering about some lovely streets full of character and quirky shops.
