The Dam #3, Great Value Dam Square.
These cosy rooms are located in the heart of Amsterdam, just behind Dam Square and the Royal Palace. Within easy walking distance are many of the amazing sights and attractions that Amsterdam has to offer.
In just a few minutes you can be in the historic canal belt, a few minutes more and you are in the beautiful Jordaan. In the other direction is the modern Nieuwendijk with it's great shops and a little further is the Red Light District. This is an excellent central location from where to explore Amsterdam.
Please note that the photos supplied are a selection from all three rooms which differ very slightly in decor, but all have the same facilities.
There are three rooms of this type in the building, all compact but well equipped. They offer high speed internet, free WiFi, a flat screen T.V, coffee maker, kettle and mini bar.
The rooms sleep a maximum of two people in a double bed. They each have a private en suite bathroom with a shower, WC, hand basin and a hair dryer.
Please note that the stairs within the building are typical of Amsterdam and are very steep and narrow. They are not suitable for small children, or adults with mobility issues. Please do not bring large suitcases.
The rooms are on the first, second or third floors.
Please note that breakfast is not provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full, in cash.
- In addition you will need to provide a security deposit of EUR 50 in cash.
- If you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival you will be charged a further 25% of the total rental cost.
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged a further 40% of the total rental cost.
- If you cancel within 6 days of your arrival date, or do not show, you will be charged the full amount of your rental cost.
- A 4 night minimum stay will apply during Christmas, Easter and Queens Day. A 5 night stay will apply during the New Year period, and a 7 night stay will apply during the September annual IBC conference.
