This delightful apartment is located in the centre of Amsterdam in the Jordaan area, on the Bloemgracht Canal.
The Jordaan is famous for it's pretty canals, boutiques, restaurants, small bars and art galleries. The Bloemgracht is one of the most charming small canals in Amsterdam.
Nearby is the Anne Frank House, the famous Flower Market, Noordemarket and Dam Square is within walking distance.
The apartment is located in a modern canal house and has it's own private entrance. There is a kitchen/dining area, a sleeping area, an en suite bathroom and a garden. The front of the apartment overlooks the canal.
To the front is the kitchen with dining table. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave oven, induction hotplate, Nesspresso coffeemaker and cutlery and crockery.
In the middle of the studio is the compact bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. A hairdryer is also provided.
Towards the back of the building is the bedroom with sitting area. There are two single beds which can be made up as a double. There are four wardrobes in the apartment, providing plenty of storage space.
Also at the back are two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. The studio has an LCD TV and WiFi internet.
The entrance to the garden is also at the back of the apartment. The garden is a wonderful place to relax and is furnished with garden chairs and has a pond.
Studio Bloemgracht has been thoughfully furnished mixing modern style with old world charm, and has some great art work on the walls. The apartment is ideal for a relaxing stay, whether for business or pleasure, in one of the most highly desireable areas of the city.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- This is a strictly non-smoking, non-drugs apartment.
- There is a no party policy.
- On arrival you will be required to complete standard registration paperwork that includes a copy of your passport and/or other valid identity card.
- A security deposit of EUR 200 is also due to be paid on arrival. This is refunded at departure assuming no damages to the apartment.
- The balance payment is due at the time of booking and is to be made by bank transfer. The bank account details will be provided to you in your Confirmation Email, once you have made a booking.
- Thereafter the following conditions apply:
If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days in advance of the check-in date, no further charges will apply. If the balance has already been paid, it will be returned, less an administration fee of EUR 50.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days, but more than 14 days in advance of the check-in date, 50% of the balance will be charged.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days, or you are a No Show, the full balance will be charged.
- Refunds will not be made for cancellations after the check-in date in any circumstances.
