Singel Duplex, Good value apartment close to eastern canals.

This super apartment is located in the western end of the Jordaan area of central Amsterdam. The Jordaan is famous for its glorious canals, the Anne Frank House and is one of the prettiest parts of the city.

It really oozes atmosphere with its narrow streets, picturesque canals, brown cafes, art galleries and unique shops.

This lovely apartment is arranged over two floors and offers many facilities for a relaxing short break in this exciting city. It provides a large living / dining room with balcony, two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom. Please note that it is on the third floor up steep stairs (no lift).

On the first floor there is a large living / dining area with a large corner sofa, TV, DVD player, dining table with space for six people and a balcony offering wonderful canal views. Complimentary high speed wireless internet is provided.

The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.

The main bedroom has a double bed whilst the second is a twin with two single beds. Both bedrooms have bedside tables, reading lamps and a chest of drawers. There is also access to a terrace from one of the bedrooms.

The bathroom provides a bath, separate shower, toilet, hand-basin and a heated towel rail. An iron, ironing board and hair dryer can be provided on request. There is also a second toilet located on the first floor.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Strictly no stag or hen groups allowed.
• A cash security deposit of EUR 150 must be paid on arrival. This is refunded on departure assuming there are no damages. For group bookings across more than one apartment a refundable security deposit of EUR 750 will be payable.
• The following minimum stay periods apply:
• IBC there is a 5 night minimum stay, Easter, New Year and Queens Day there is a 4 night minimum stay period.
• Cancellation Policy.
• If you cancel your intial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable. To avoid any further charges you must give at least 15 days notice prior to your arrival. Thereafter you will be liable for the following charges...
• If you cancel between 14 and 7 days prior to your arrival you will be charged a further 20% of the remaining balance.
• If you cancel within 7 days prior to arrival a further 50% of the remaining balance will be charged.
• If you are a no show the full balance is charged.
