This beautiful apartment building is located on one of Amsterdam´s oldest canals and is within minutes of the Rijksmuseum and close to the famous Leidseplein Square. There are shops, cafés and restaurants in all directions of this centrally located canalside building.
This is a traditional canal house is a Monument style building and dates from the early 18th Century. It has been lovingly restored and still retains many of it´s original features.
This beautiful two bedroom, attic apartment apartment in Amsterdam has recently been fully restored with spacious living/dining area and modern open plan kitchen. The apartment has two double bedrooms and two private bathrooms.The apartment is ranged over two floors with the living and dining area on the first floor and the two double bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper floor.
The living / dining area is equipped with a range of stylish and contemporary furniture, including double sofabed, and offers the perfect environment to enjoy the stunning views over the Singel Canal. There is also flat screen TV providing over 100 satellite channels and complimentary wireless internet access.
The open plan kitchen is bright and modern and features a vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave with grill facility, fridge, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The double bedrooms are both equipped with Queen-size double beds bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe offering ample storage space.
There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. Both bathrooms offer a fully tiled room with large walk-in shower stall, toilet, hand-basin and heated towel rail. A hairdryer is also provided.
From one of the bedrooms there is access to a large terrace complete with a patio table and chairs.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- This is a non smoking apartment. Stag and Hen groups are not accepted.
- On arrival you will re required to pay a refundable cash security deposit of EUR 200. This is refunded at the end of your stay assuming no damages.
- During the summer months of July and August a 6 night minimum stay will apply, shorter stays are subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy.
- If you cancel more than 15 days prior to your arrival there is a further charge of 50% of the remaining balance.
- If you cancel between 15 and 7 days prior to your arrival a further 75% of the remaining balance will be charged.
- If you cancel within 7 days of arrival or are a no show the full remaining balance will be charged.

Nohelia and Suzanna looks after us very well. The apartment was very well equipped for cooking, which our group was very keen on, and the layout of the apartment made for some nice cosy evenings in with friends. Loved your web site, lots of information and lots of pictures and very obviously written by someone who had actually been there, instead of in a remote office - this really made the main difference when choosing lovingapartments over other search sites.
We liked the ability to leave our cases downstairs after checkout.

Everything was very personally and professionally handled from start to finish. Our Greeter (Nohelia) was very friendly and welcoming making the checking-in process very smooth. We weren't bothered by anyone for the duration of the stay, and the checking-out process was very smooth indeed. I cannot thank you all enough for your hospitality.
