This beautiful apartment building is located on one of Amsterdam´s oldest canals and is within minutes of the Rijksmuseum and close to the famous Leidseplein Square. There are shops, cafés and restaurants in all directions of this centrally located canalside building.
This is a traditional canal house is a Monument style building and dates from the early 18th Century. It has been lovingly restored and still retains many of it´s original features.
This beautiful two bedroom apartment has recently been fully restored and now features a spacious living / dining area with a modern open plan kitchen, two double bedrooms and two private bathrooms.
The living / dining area is equipped with a range of stylish and contemporary furniture, and offers the perfect environment to enjoy the stunning views over the Singel Canal. There is also flat screen TV providing over 100 satellite channels and complimentary wireless internet access.
The open plan kitchen is bright and modern and features a vitroceramic hob, microwave with grill facility, fridge, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
There are two double bedrooms, both equipped with Queen-size double beds, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe offering ample storage space. Please note that access to the second bedroom is outside the apartment from a communal corridor, used only by guests staying in the attic apartment above. Access to the bedroom is fully secured and it is equipped with an en-suite bathroom.
The en-suite bathrooms both offer a fully tiled room with large walk-in shower stall, toilet, hand-basin and towel rail. A hairdryer is also provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- This is a non smoking apartment. Stag and Hen groups are not accepted.
- On arrival you will re required to pay a refundable cash security deposit of EUR 200. This is refunded at the end of your stay assuming no damages.
- During the summer months of July and August a 6 night minimum stay will apply, shorter stays are subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy.
- If you cancel more than 15 days prior to your arrival there is a further charge of 50% of the remaining balance.
- If you cancel between 15 and 7 days prior to your arrival a further 75% of the remaining balance will be charged.
- If you cancel within 7 days of arrival or are a no show the full remaining balance will be charged.

The location of this apartment is great, overlooking the Singel canal and walking distance to everything. The apartment is full of light, nicely decorated. Overall we had a pleasant stay and our greeter was very helpful and prompt when we needed her assistance.
