This beautiful apartment building is located on one of Amsterdam´s oldest canals and is within minutes of the Rijksmuseum and close to the famous Leidseplein Square. There are shops, cafés and restaurants in all directions of this centrally located canalside building.
This is a traditional canal house is a Monument style building and dates from the early 18th Century. It has been lovingly restored and still retains many of it´s original features.
This recently restored Amsterdam apartment is situated on the lower ground floor or 'Souterrain' and provides a spacious living and dining area.
It has two double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and private bathroom.
The living room has a sofa, chairs, flat screen TV, and a coffee table. Stylish artwork adorns the walls.
The kitchen has an oven and hob, a fridge, a microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker and all the crockery and cutlery you will need for your stay. The dining area has a dining table and chairs.
The bedrooms both have a queen size double bed and wardrobes. In one of the bedrooms there is also a single bed making this ideal for a family group.
The bathroom has a bath and a shower, a W.C, a hand basin and a heated towel rail. A hairdryer is also provided.
The apartment also has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- This is a non smoking apartment. Stag and Hen groups are not accepted.
- On arrival you will re required to pay a refundable cash security deposit of EUR 200. This is refunded at the end of your stay assuming no damages.
- During the summer months of July and August a 6 night minimum stay will apply, shorter stays are subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy.
- If you cancel more than 15 days prior to your arrival there is a further charge of 50% of the remaining balance.
- If you cancel between 15 and 7 days prior to your arrival a further 75% of the remaining balance will be charged.
- If you cancel within 7 days of arrival or are a no show the full remaining balance will be charged.
