Prinsengracht View #1, Fabulous Canalside Chic.

The apartment is situated on the Prinsengracht Canal in a a quiet location, with a magnificent view over the canal and the city.

This part of Amsterdam is excellent as it offers peace and quiet, yet is still central and within walking distance of the museums, Amstel River, the Flower Market and Leidseplein.

Just around the corner is the trendy shopping street Utrechtsestraat, good local cafes, bars and restaurants. Just a few minutes away is the buzzing Rembrandtplein.

The third and fourth floor apartment is comfortably furnished and has two bedrooms, a third sleeping area a living room, kitchen and bathroom. WiFi internet is provided free of charge.

On the third floor is an entrance hall with a W.C. Off the hall is the spacious living room which has three large windows with views over the canal. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a large dining table and chairs, a TV, DVD player and CD player.

Behind a folding screen is a sleeping area with a single sofa bed and a single bed.

The kitchen is open plan and has an oven and hob, a fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave oven.

On the fourth floor are the two bedrooms. Each has a double bed which can be separated into two single beds. There is a modern bathroom with a bath with shower over and a second W.C.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full, in cash.
• In addition you will need to provide a security deposit of EUR 50 in cash.
• If you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival you will be charged a further 25% of the total rental cost.
• If you cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged a further 40% of the total rental cost.
• If you cancel within 6 days of your arrival date, or do not show, you will be charged the full amount of your rental cost.
• A 4 night minimum stay will apply during Christmas, Easter and Queens Day. A 5 night stay will apply during the New Year period, and a 7 night stay will apply during the September annual IBC conference.
