Located in the famous Amsterdam Canal Ring this spacious penthouse apartment is close to Leidseplein Square entertainment area, the Vondelpark, Dam Square, and the Museum Square, with its museums dedicated to Dutch masters Rembrandt and Vincent van Gogh.
The apartment is set across two floors and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living area, fully fitted kitchen and delightful roof terrace.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, reading lamps, wardrobes, storage, large flat screen T.V. and en suite bathroom with large corner bath, handbasin, W.C. and free standing shower. There is also a small terrace accessed from this room.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, reading lamp and large flat screen T.V., with DVD player.
The large living area has a double sofa bed, sofa, coffee table, large flat screen T.V., DVD player, iPod docking station, CD player, dining table and chairs, complimentary wireless internet and a further seating area with large comfortable corner sofa and coffee table. There is a home office area with library and DVD library.
The large modern, stylish kitchen has a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, breakfast bar and chairs and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery that you should require during your stay.
The roof terrace is adjacent to the living room and kitchen.
The second bathroom has a free standing shower, handbasin, washing machine, dryer and W.C. A hair dryer is also provided.
Weekly cleaning/ linen service and an iron and ironing board is also provided for your convenience. There is also a third W.C. separate from the bathrooms.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Stag and Hen parties are strictly prohibited and will be asked to leave and be subject to severe charges.
- Payment:
- As with most hotels the remaining balance is due in cash in EUR on arrival.
- It is also possible to pay the balance in advance via bank transfer, please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to pay the balance by bank transfer.
- A security deposit of EUR 500 will also be charged on arrival, this is fully refundable less any deductions for and damages incurred during your stay.
- Cancellation:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Further to this cancellation notification must be received more than 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charged equivalent to the first nights rental.
