This stylish three bedroom apartment enjoys an enviable location over looking one of Amsterdam's most famous canals. The apartment provides a modern, spacious Amsterdam home from which to enjoy the many local attractions including Anne Frank's House, The Royal Palace and Dam Square. The area has an abundance of bars, restaurants, cafe's, coffee shops and convenience stores.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the property which has lift access. The accommodation is set across two floors. When you enter the apartment you will be greeted by the large open plan living area and kitchen, on this level there is also the master bedroom and a bathroom. Located downstairs are two further bedrooms and the second bathroom.
Please note that the stair case to the lower floor is open and may be unsuitable for small children.
The open plan living area has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a further sofa, chair, foot stool, coffee table, T.V., radio, DVD player, large bright windows with canal views, stripped floors and exposed beams. The perfect space to relax after a busy day sightseeing and exploring the quaint streets of the neighbouring Jordaan area.
Open plan to the living area is the large, modern, fully fitted kitchen with all the kitchen appliances you would desire. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, fridge and all the pots pans, crockery and cutlery that you should need. There is also a beautiful wooden dining table for entertaining all your guests.
The master bedroom is again spacious, bright and inviting. With a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobe, further storage and reclining chair with footstool.
The bathroom is chic and bright with a bath, free standing shower, double hand basins, W.C. and heated towel rail.
On the lower floor there are two further bedrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed and access to the small terrace area for al fresco dining on beautiful summer evenings.
The second bedroom has bunk beds and storage.
The second shower room has a free standing shower, handbasin, washing machine and dryer. There is a separate W.C.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full, in cash. Alternatively the balance can be paid in advance by bank transfer.
- In addition you will need to provide a security deposit of EUR 50 in cash.
- If you cancel, your booking deposit is non-refundable and you will be charged a further 25% of the remaining balance.
- If you cancel within 6 days of your arrival date, or do not show, you will be charged the full amount of your rental cost.

The location is excellent, the space more dramatic and nicer than the website pictures capture, beds comfortable. The greeter, Irene, was terrific when there was a problem with the heating, making sure it was fixed promptly even though it was a holiday. There were some basic supplies available, which was helpful. We felt very fortunate to have stayed here.

The Pancake Bakery is a couple of doors away and was a useful palce to dive into on a rainy day.
Anne Frank House is about 1 min away and is a must.
Also the new Eye Film Institute was worth a visit."
