This two bedroom apartment is located in an excellent location approximately five minutes away from Central Station and two minutes away from the popular area of Nieuwmarkt and the famous Red Light District. You will be close to many museums including Madame Tussauds, shops, cafes and many restaurants.
Being located in the heart of the city most of Amsterdam's top attractions are within walking distance. Right on the doorstep you have many historic buildings such as Beurs van Berlage, Koninklijk Paleis, Magna Plaza and the National Monument.
This apartment oozes character upon arrival with wooden floor boards, a large open stone fire place and plenty of contemporary furnishings. Within the apartment you will find a living room, a combined kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living room is bright, spacious and warming. It has a large sofa, an arm chair, a coffee table, a small pull out table, a flat screen T.V, a DVD player and large panel windows allowing in plenty of light.
The combined kitchen located on the ground floor is very modern and offers you plenty of space. The kitchen has a gas stove, a coffee maker, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and plenty of cooking utensils for your stay.
The first bedroom has three single beds with bedside tables and reading lamps. They are situated in front of a large stoned fire place and a large mirror having lamps either side of the mirror.
The second bedroom is located on the second floor up the spiral stairs is charming having beams through out. Here there are two single beds each having a bedside table and reading lamp.
The bathroom is bright and has been well finished having a bath, a shower and a handbasin with a mirror.
There is a separate toilet located downstairs having a W.C. and a handbasin.

- Normal check in is between 2.00pm and 8.00pm.

- Late check out till 6.00pm instead of 11.00am for guests who have late flights or who like to sleep in EUR 50. (subject to availability).
- Payment Conditions:
- The final balance is due either upon arrival in cash or prior to arrival by credit card or Pay Pal. If you wish to pay by card then payment MUST be made in advance. If you choose to do this a handling fee of 4.9% will apply, this must be done at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please let us know which method of payment you will be making if paying the balance before arrival. If you do not pay in advance you must pay in cash on arrival, you can NOT pay with card on arrival.
- If possible please advise us of your checking in time upon booking. This is important so a greeter can be arranged for you upon arrival.
- If there is a cleaning fee quoted within the total booking cost of this apartment this is payable upon arrival and must be paid by cash.
- Cancellation Conditions:
- Any cancellation requests made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur a loss of both deposits.
- Any cancellation requests made 7 - 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 4 - 6 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 80% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 3 days or less prior to arrival date or any no-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
