Prince of Prince's, Cosy and Modern Duplex Apartment
This apartment is located in a lovely area near the Prinsengraght Canal and Leidseplenien Square. The Leidseplein is one of the central squares in Amsterdam and a thriving nightlife hotspot. In the evenings, both tourists and locals flock towards the Leidseplein to make the most of a wide array of bars, restaurants, street-side cafes, theatres and clubs.
You are within walking distance of many attractions including The Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum. A trip to the Rijksmuseum is a must. Inside, instantly recognisable and world renowned works by masters such as Rembrandt, Vermeer, Frans Hals and Jan Steen lie in wait. Exploring the rest of Amsterdam is easily done either on foot, tram or by classical bike.
This first floor duplex one bedroom apartment is located in a canal house and is well furnished throughout. The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen / living room and a bedroom.
You enter the apartment into the open plan living area / kitchen. The kitchen is full equipped with a fridge, gas stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kettle. As well as enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for your stay. There is a dining table with four chairs.
The living room is furnished with a large corner sofa which turns into a double sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player. all windows and ceilings assure you a well lit and expansive atmosphere.
You climb some steep steps to the bedroom, which has two single beds which can be placed next to each other. There are bedside tables with lamps and a chest of doors for storing clothes.
The bathroom is en suite to the bedroom however is only divided by a curtain. There is a shower, W.C. and handbasin.
There is an iron and hair dryer provided in the apartment for your convenience.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Late check in charges will apply dependent upon the time you check in:
- Early check in between 10.00am and 2.00pm EUR 25 (subject to availability).
- Normal check in is between 2.00pm and 8.00pm.
- Check in between 8.00pm and 11.00pm EUR 25.
Check in post 11.00pm EUR 50.
- Late check out till 6.00pm instead of 11.00am for guests who have late flights or who like to sleep in EUR 50. (subject to availability).
Baby cot for requests 50 Euro.
- Payment Conditions:
- The final balance is due either upon arrival in cash or prior to arrival by credit card or Pay Pal. If you wish to pay by card then payment MUST be made in advance. If you choose to do this a handling fee of 4.9% will apply, this must be done at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please let us know which method of payment you will be making if paying the balance before arrival. If you do not pay in advance you must pay in cash on arrival, you can NOT pay with card on arrival.
- If possible please advise us of your checking in time upon booking. This is important so a greeter can be arranged for you upon arrival.
- If there is a cleaning fee quoted within the total booking cost of this apartment this is payable upon arrival and must be paid by cash.
- Cancellation Conditions:
- Any cancellation requests made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur a loss of both deposits.
- Any cancellation requests made 7 - 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 4 - 6 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 80% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 3 days or less prior to arrival date or any no-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
