Palm Apartment #2, Charming Amsterdam Apartment in Peaceful Location.
This lovely Amsterdam apartment is located a quiet street, in the Jordaan. The Jordaan is one of the city's most popular areas with the locals and is where the Anne Frank House and some of Amsterdam's most beautiful canals are situated. It is also famous for it's very pretty winding streets with excellent shops, boutiques, galleries and restaurants.
The apartment is within ten minutes walking distance of Centraal Station and Dam Square, whilst only a five minute tram ride from Leidseplein Square. The Museum Quarter is also reachable on foot, but with tram and bus stops close to the apartment, the choice is yours!
The apartment is on the ground floor and has an open plan living room with kitchenette, a bedroom area and a bathroom.
The living area has a sofa bed and comfortable chairs, a flat screen T.V with cable channels and WiFi fast internet.. An iPod docking station is also provided. The dining table seats four people.
The kitchenette is a cleverly designed fold away unit and it provides a two ring hob, a microwave oven, sink, kettle and coffee maker, plus crockery cutlery and utensils. There is complimentary mini bar for your convenience.
The bedroom is hidden behind a partition wall. (Please note that there is no door to the bedroom and therefore it is open to the living area). It has two single beds which can be made up as a double bed, a wardrobe, reading lamps and a further T.V.
The bathroom is modern and stylish with a shower, hand basin and a WC.
An iron and ironing board is provided along with a hair dryer. A baby cot can also be provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 4 night minimum stay will apply across the Easter Weekend and Queen's Day, a 7 night minimum between 10th-16th September (IBC Conference) and a 5 night minimum stay during the Christmas and New Year period.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date a cancellation fee equal, in total, to the first night's rental charge, will be incurred.
- If you cancel on the day of your arrival the full balance will be charged.
