Palm Apartment #1, Charming and Peaceful Location.

This lovely apartment is located a quiet Jordaan street, one of the city's most popular areas with the locals.

This is where the Anne Frank House and some of Amsterdam's most beautiful canals are situated and is also famous for it's very pretty winding streets with excellent shops, boutiques, galleries and restaurants.

The apartment is within ten minutes walking distance of Centraal Station and Dam Square, whilst only a five minute tram ride from Leidseplein Square. The Museum Quarter is also reachable on foot, but with tram and bus stops close to the apartment, the choice is yours!

The apartment is on the first floor and has one bedroom and consists of an open plan living room with kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. It has wooden floors throughout. Located at the back of the building this apartment is peaceful and quiet.

The living room has a sofa and comfortable chair and an elegant sideboard. There is also a T.V with cable channels and WiFi internet is provided. A DVD, CD player and radio are also provided. The dining table seats four people.

The kitchen has a as cooker/stove, refrigerator, coffee-machine, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher and all the cutlery you will need. A complimentary mini-bar is also provided for your stay.

The bedroom has two single beds bedside tables, reading lamps and a further T.V.

The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and is modern and stylish with a shower, hand basin and a washing machine and dryer. Complimentary 'Rituals' toiletries are provided.

There is a separate W.C off the hallway to the apartment. An iron and ironing board is provided along with a hair dryer. A baby cot can also be provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • A 4 night minimum stay will apply across the Easter Weekend and Queen's Day, a 7 night minimum between 10th-16th September (IBC Conference) and a 5 night minimum stay during the Christmas and New Year period.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date a cancellation fee equal, in total, to the first night's rental charge, will be incurred.
  • If you cancel on the day of your arrival the full balance will be charged.

"The Anne Frank House was very interesting and only a 10 minute walk from the apartment but get there before 9am to prevent a long wait. The Pancake Factory on the same road as the Anne Frank House has delicious food. The Rijs Museum was fantastic. The canal ride we went on wasn't particularly good but there are several companies to choose from so make sure the one you take goes past places you want to see. There was a great Thai restaurant near the apartment and supermarkets close by as well"
