This lovely three bedroom houseboat is perfectly located within a few minute's walk of Centraal Station and provides a pleasant living space right in the heart of the city.
A short stroll will bring you onto Dam Square with it's imposing 17th century Royal Palace.
You are also within five minutes walking distance of Nieuwmarkt Square and the Red Light district. From Central Station you can also take trams or trains to all the city's main attractions.
This extremely well situated houseboat has two sun decks and a table and chairs are provided so you can relax in the summer and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the canal.
On the upper deck the converted wheel house can be used as a third bedroom offering a large dining table and chairs with a comfortable bow-seat overlooking the canal, which can be converted to a double-size bed.
Below deck there is a second large open plan living/kitchen area, two cosy double bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.
In the spacious living area you are provided with two double sofa beds, armchairs and a dining table and chairs. There is also a TV, CD & DVD player and wireless internet.
The open plan kitchen offers a microwave, oven, fridge, washing / drying machine, toaster, kettle and all the cutlery utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The shower room has a shower, toilet, hand-basin and towel rails and a hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided for your use.
A parking space can be provided on a request basis.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- The manager asks that you leave the accommodation as clean and tidy as it was at check in. If you do not wish to clean it please let your greeter know the evening before departure to book extra cleaning at a cost of EUR 25.
- Visitors are not permitted in the accommodation, the maximum occupancy of the accommodation is the number of guests booked at all times.
- A 5 night minimum stay will apply for Easter, Queens Day and Christmas and New Year. A 7 night stay will apply during the annual IBC conference and the Cannabis Cup.
- As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge in cash in Euros together with a 200 EUR refundable cash security deposit.
- Cancellation policy:
- Should you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 14 days notice to avoid additional cancellation charges.
- If your stay is for 3 days or less, there will be an additional charge equivalent to one night's rental.
- If your stay is between 4 and 7 days, there will be an additional charge equivalent to three night's rental.
- If your stay is for 7 days and above there will be an additional charge equivalent to 5 night's rental.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival or you do not show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
- A late check-in charge of EUR 20 will apply for all check-ins post 20.00.

We realy enjoyed our stay and the greeter and the owner of our boat were friendly and approachable. The boat was lovely and very comfortable....will definatley stay there again and recommend anyone who is staying in Amsterdam to stay there too. Great area not too far from the centre or central station. Just great all round!
