Located on one of the most beautiful canals the Herengracht in the ever popular Jordaan, this studio apartment offers a taste of true Amsterdam life in an historic canal side monument property.
Within easy walking distance are the Anne Frank House, Noorder Market, and all the speciality shops and boutiques, bars, restaurants and cafes that the Jordaan is famous for. With a tram stop close by, the rest of Amsterdam is also within easy reach.
This studio apartment with mezzanine level has high ceilings and large windows allowing plenty of light. It has a living area which is open to the sleeping area, but separated from it, a kitchen area and a further sleeping area on the mezzanine level, plus a bathroom.
The apartment is on the first floor (no lift) and the mezzanine is accessed by steep ladder style stairs so would not be suitable for young children, or people with mobility challenges.
In the living area there is a sofa, comfortable chairs, a TV, DVD player and WiFi broadband internet is also provided. There is also a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen area is equipped with an oven and hotplate, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and all the cooking utensils and crockery you will need for your stay.
The bedroom area has a queen sized double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and the mezzanine sleeping area has a double mattress.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, hand basin and a W.C. Also provided within the apartment is a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- This is a non smoking apartment. Stag and Hen groups are not accepted.
- On arrival you will re required to pay a refundable cash security deposit of EUR 200. This is refunded at the end of your stay assuming no damages.
- During the summer months of July and August a 6 night minimum stay will apply, shorter stays are subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy.
- If you cancel more than 15 days prior to your arrival there is a further charge of 50% of the remaining balance.
- If you cancel between 15 and 7 days prior to your arrival a further 75% of the remaining balance will be charged.
- If you cancel within 7 days of arrival or are a no show the full remaining balance will be charged.
