Located where two of the most beautiful canals meet in the ever popular Jordaan, this apartment offers a taste of true Amsterdam life in an historic canal side monument property.

Within easy walking distance are the Ann Frank House, Noorder Market, and all the speciality shops and boutiques, bars, restaurants and cafes that the Jordaan is famous for. With a tram stop close by the rest of Amsterdam is also within easy reach. The views from the apartment are a delight.

This well styled two bedroom apartment is clean, modern and well furnished and consists of a living room, kitchen/diner, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The apartment is on the third floor (no lift) and is itself on two levels. The internal staircase is curved and open and as such this apartment is not suitable for children under ten years.

On the first floor of the apartment is the living room which faces the front of the building and has a wonderful canal view. There is a sofa, comfortable chairs, a floor rug and stylish wall art. There is a TV, DVD player and WiFi broadband internet is also provided.

The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and hotplate, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, coffeemaker and all the cooking utensils and crockery you will need for your stay. There is also a dining table and chairs.

Also on this floor is the bathroom with a bath, a shower, a W.C.

On the second floor are the bedrooms which both have a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wash basin. A temporary single bed can be provided for the fifth guest.

Also provided within the apartment is a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• This is a non smoking apartment. Stag and Hen groups are not accepted.
• On arrival you will re required to pay a refundable cash security deposit of EUR 200. This is refunded at the end of your stay assuming no damages.
• During the summer months of July and August a 6 night minimum stay will apply, shorter stays are subject to availability.
• Cancellation Policy.
• If you cancel more than 15 days prior to your arrival there is a further charge of 50% of the remaining balance.
• If you cancel between 15 and 7 days prior to your arrival a further 75% of the remaining balance will be charged.
• If you cancel within 7 days of arrival or are a no show the full remaining balance will be charged.
