Leidseplein Museum, Spacious Amsterdam Apartment. Great Location.

This lovely three bedroom Amsterdam apartment is located in the middle of the city's most famous shopping street, P.C. Hooftstraat, where you will find all the finest brands like Gucci, Chanel, and Armani. If it's more cultural pursuits you are after then the apartment is also just a short distance from the Museum Quarter and the world famous Van Gogh, Rijksmuseum and the Stedelijk.

This fabulous location is also just a few minutes walk from the Leidseplein, where you will find a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars. With beautiful canals and the wide open space of the Vondel Park also only minutes walk from your apartment, this really is the perfect base from which to explore Amsterdam.

For business travellers both the RAI and the World Trade Centre are easily reached by public transport.

The apartment has three floors and is furnished and decorated to a good standard. On the first floor is a fully fitted kitchen which is open plan to the spacious living room all with hard wood floors. The kitchen opens out onto a terrace with a garden table and chairs - an ideal space to relax in the sun. Also on this floor is a separate toilet (with a small built - in T.V).

On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom. On the top floor is the superb master bedroom and en-suite shower room, plus the laundry area.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, espresso machine and plenty of cutlery and crockery. There is also a dining table and chairs.

The living room has two comfortable sofas, coffee tables, reading lamps, a flat screen T.V, DVD/CD player and wireless internet is provided.

On the second floor there is one Queen size double bedroom, and one twin bedroom. The large bathroom has a bath with shower, W.C, bidet and double wash basin.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage space, a flat screen T.V and has air conditioning. The en-suite has a shower and hand basin.

Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board on this floor makes it easy to do your own laundry otherwise your apartment manager can offer you a laundry service. A hair dryer is provided in this apartment.

Please note, as is typical in Amsterdam, there are steep stairs within the apartment.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Smoking is not permitted in the apartment but smoking is allowed on the balcony.
• As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full, in cash.
• In addition you will need to provide a security deposit of EUR 250 in cash.
• If you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival you will be charged a further 40% of the total rental cost.
• If you cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged a further 50% of the total rental cost.
• If you cancel within 6 days of your arrival date, or do not show, you will be charged the full amount of your rental cost.
• A 4 night minimum stay will apply during Christmas, Easter and Queens Day. A 5 night stay will apply during the New Year period, and a 7 night stay will apply during the September annual IBC conference.
