At Leidseplein the streets are full of bars, restaurants, outdoor cafes, theatres, cinemas and night clubs. You will often find many street performers and in the winter from November until Christmas there is an out door ice rink. Vondel Park is a wonderful city Park.
Being in the Central Canal Ring you are only a short distance away from Dam square and Nieuwmarkt and the famous Red Light District. These are reachable by local public transport or by bike which is an excellent way to get around the city.
Located on the first floor of the building this colourful duplex is split over two levels. For this reason it is not suitable for the elderly as it has no lift access. On the lower floor there is a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet.
On the second level you have two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living room offers you plenty of room having a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a satellite T.V, a DVD player, a radio and a large book shelf offering plenty of reading. A little bonus for this apartment is it has a hammock perfect for relaxing.
The brightly decorated fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, a gas stove, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, a toaster and plenty of kitchen utensils for your stay. It also has a dining table comfortably seating up to four guests.
There is a separate toilet with hand basin located on this floor.
Climbing the steep, winding stairs you reach the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed with bedside tables, reading lamps and closet wardrobes.
The main bathroom designed with blue and yellow tiles has a walk in shower, a W.C and a handbasin with a small mirror.
Included in the apartment a washing machine, a dryer and complimentary Wi Fi internet access.

- Cancellation Conditions:
- Any cancellation requests made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur a loss of both deposits.
- Any cancellation requests made 7 - 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 4 - 6 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 80% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 3 days or less prior to arrival date or any no-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
