Jordaan Oasis #1, Beautifully spacious Jordaan apartment!

The apartment is situated in the Jordaan, a very popular and exclusive area of Amsterdam. You will be in the very heart of this historic city exploring it's small streets offering a diverse variety of boutiques, antiques and speciality stores.

The Jordaan is well known for it's tiny back streets laced with twisting canals, fresh produce markets and old fashioned cafes and bars capturing the spirit of Amsterdam like nowhere else.

The apartment is extremely well furnished and is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there is a vast and airy open-plan kitchen, living and dining room providing a dining room table and six chairs, a range of comfortable seating, a single bed and an entertainment system complete with TV, CD & DVD player.

The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and all the cutlery, utensils tableware you will need for your stay.

From the spacious living area, large French doors open onto a lovely private terrace offering the perfect haven for those lazy, candle-lit evenings.

The double bedrooms to the rear and the side of the property overlooking the garden terrace, offer double beds in each, and wardrobes offering ample storage space. A fan is also provided in each bedroom.

There is a luxury full bathroom featuring toilet, sink, and bath. There are also towel rails, a hair dryer and an ironing and ironing board provided for your convenience.

A fixed phone line offering local calls is available for your personal use and wireless internet access is provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full, in cash.
  • In addition you will need to provide a security deposit of EUR 50 in cash.
  • If you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival you will be charged a further 25% of the total rental cost.
  • If you cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged a further 40% of the total rental cost.
  • If you cancel within 6 days of your arrival date, or do not show, you will be charged the full amount of your rental cost.
  • A 4 night minimum stay will apply during Christmas, Easter and Queens Day. A 5 night stay will apply during the New Year period, and a 7 night stay will apply during the September annual IBC conference.

The area was lovely. Plenty of facilities nearby-a very scrummy bakers a few doors down,and a mini supermarket also. All in all, I wouldn't hesistate to go back and would heartily recommend the apartment and the company to family and friends.

"We thought the standard of restaurants nearby to the apartment was outstanding (we live in London so are used to having a big variety of restaurants and are fairly fussy). We would particularly recommend Burger's Patio and Claes Claesz which were only a few minutes walk away. Claes Claesz offer a fixed price menu of any 3 dishes which was very good value and excellent quality. Burger's Patio do very good pasta dishes, and excellent fries - in fact, everything was good there!"
