The Jordaan House is a beautifully refurbished, characteristic Jordaan-style building. Very unique for Amsterdam, this is an entire house with its own front door.
The decor is stylish and modern with solid oak floors throughout and designer elements in each room. Its wide, street-side windows provide plenty of natural light, making the house bright and airy.

This stylish and comfortable three-bedroom house comprises a kitchen/ dining room, a large separate living room, three bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. This well-appointed serviced apartment has four floors, with moderately steep internal staircases, and is ideal as corporate or leisure accommodation. It benefits from wireless broadband internet access.
The large living room offers the latest in communication and audiovisual technology with ample seating for 8-9 guests.
The open plan kitchen/ dining room is equipped with all Smeg appliances and a huge pink Smeg fridge. It has a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery and crockery you will need.There is a dining table and chairs.
There is one double bedroom with a queensize bed (160cm x 200cm) and two twin bedrooms with two single beds in each (80cm x 200cm). One of the twin rooms can be made up as a double on request. The double bedroom benefits from an en suite bathroom. The second bathroom is separate and has a large corner bathtub.
A washing machine and dryer are available for guests use.
Additional guests can be accommodated on one double and one single sofabed. (160cm x 200cm and 80cm x 200cm, respectively)
Additional Booking Conditions:
- The rates for this apartment exclude 5% city tax, which will be added to the balance paid directly to your apartment manager.
- A 25% deposit will be taken directly by the apartment manager at the time of booking.
- The outstanding balance will then be due 14 days prior to your arrival date.
- Payment can be made either by credit card or bank transfer. If payment is made by bank transfer, funds must be cleared, a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. If payment is made by credit card, an authorisation is required, which must be signed and returned directly to your apartment manager.
- On arrival a EUR 500 credit card pre-authorisation will be required, per apartment. This security deposit will be returned to your card on the first business day following your check-out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- A 5 night minimum stay will apply during the Easter, Christmas and New Year period, and a 7 night minimum stay will apply during the period of the IBC Conference in September.
- The cost of a cot or a high chair is EUR 15 per item, per night.
- Cancellation Policy.
- In the event of cancellation your initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Thereafter, If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, a further charge equivalent to 25% of the outstanding balance will apply.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, or do not show, a charge equivalent to 100% of the outstanding balance will apply.

the location is great, free internet connection very fast, for the apartment, dustbins should be provided in upper rooms and bathroom. and there was only 1 liquid soap provided for the whole 5 nights stay for 9 people. if someone is taking a shower in the downstairs bathroom then there is no water in the upstairs bathroom.some things in the house need a little maintenance repair (railing,some doors). helpful shops nearby for self-catering: supermarket, poultry shop, deli.
