This two bedroom apartment has a great location being situated in Amsterdam's neighbourhood of Jordaan. Home to many art galleries, speciality shops, restaurants and markets. In the month of September Jordaan holds a festival held near the Westerkerk having fairs, street parties, talent contests and music. You are in walking distance to many of the top attractions including The Anne Frank House. Walking through the narrow streets you will see the picturesque canals including the Brouwersgracht one of Amsterdam'smost charming canals having many canal boats and humpback bridges.
Walking 10 - 15 minutes you will be in the heart of the city finding many cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as the famous Red Light District.
This two bedroom apartment has a view of one of Amsterdam's pretty canals. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a dining area, one bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony.
The living room, dining area and kitchen is an open plan design. The living room is bright and simple having an L shaped sofa. This is where the fifth guest can sleep. There is also a plasma screen T.V, a DVD player, a CD player, a radio and a small portable coffee table.
The dining area has a dining table which comfortably seats up to six people. Here there is a tall standing light.
Both bedrooms have a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps and a closet wardrobe.
The main bathroom has a walk in shower, a hand basin and a mirror.
There is a separate toilet with a hand basin within the apartment.
The fully equipped kitchen has a modern design having a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a gas stove, a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, a toaster and plenty of kitchen utensils.
Within the apartment there is a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer, a work desk area with chair and complimentary Wi Fi internet access.

- The final balance is due either upon arrival in cash or prior to arrival by credit card or Pay Pal. If you wish to pay by card then payment MUST be made in advance. If you choose to do this a handling fee of 4.9% will apply, this must be done at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please let us know which method of payment you will be making if paying the balance before arrival. If you do not pay in advance you must pay in cash on arrival, you can NOT pay with card on arrival.
- If possible please advise us of your checking in time upon booking. This is important so a greeter can be arranged for you upon arrival.
- If there is a cleaning fee quoted within the total booking cost of this apartment this is payable upon arrival and must be paid by cash.
- Cancellation Conditions:
- Any cancellation requests made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur a loss of both deposits.
- Any cancellation requests made 7 - 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 4 - 6 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 80% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 3 days or less prior to arrival date or any no-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
