The apartment is stylish and tastefully furnished on a peaceful street. Located on the ground floor it is ideal for easy access. The residence has its own front entrance and can be occupied by two people with an additional two guests if preferred. An extra baby/ child’s cot is also available.
The living room has two sofa beds, a flat screen T.V and a dining table and chairs. There is complimentary wireless internet in the apartment. The stone floor has underfloor heating and plenty of rugs.
The kitchenette is modern and includes a small oven and two ring hob, a dishwasher, fridge, microwave.
The bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, a sofa, a work desk and chairs and storage space.
The bathroom has a shower, W.C and hand basin plus a hairdryer is provided.
Also provided within the apartment is an all in one washer and dryer, disabled facilities and much more.

- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, a further 20 euro charge will be taken from your credit card by the apartment manager.
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: a further 30% of the whole stay will be taken from your credit card by the apartment manager.
- Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: a further 50% of the whole stay will be taken from your credit card by the apartment manager.
- No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: the remaining balance will be taken from your credit card by the apartment manager.
