This four bedroom Amsterdam apartment rental is located on the edge of the city centre in the Oud-West district, located west of the city centre.
It is parallel to the De Clercqstraat shopping street and the major shopping street of Kinkerstraat runs directly through the district.
The main areas of Amsterdam including Dam Square and Nieuwmarkt are easy to reach by public transport. Here you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, fashion shops and department stores including the Magna Plaza which is noticeable in the distance thanks to its Gothic spire.
You are just a few minutes walk across the canal into the lovely Jordaan, and if you don't want to walk the location is well connected by public transport having De Clercqstraat tram and Rozengracht tram nearby. Using this transport you can easily reach the Anne Frank House located on the Prinsengracht Canal.
This very light and bright apartment comprises of four bedrooms, an open living/dining/kitchen area and a bathroom.
Entering the apartment you have an open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The living room offers you a leather sofa, a T.V and a coffee table. The dining area is in front of the fully equipped kitchen with a table comfortably seating six guests.
The fully equipped kitchen is open plan to the dining area. Within the kitchen you have a dishwasher, a fridge, a gas stove, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker and a supply of kitchen utensils.
There are four bedrooms within the apartment. In some of the bedrooms you will find a set of wardrobes and a work desk area with chair.
In the first room there is a double bed.
In the second room there are two singles beds.
In the third and fourth rooms there three single beds in each.
The bathroom is finished with white tiles having a bath with shower and a handbasin. There is a separate W.C and a handbasin.
The apartment includes an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, a dryer and a hair dryer.

- If you are checking in between 8am - 12 midday or after 6pm there is a local charge of 30 EUR. Any check-in after 8pm there will be a local charge of 50 EUR.
- Any check out later then 12 midday there will be a charge of 50 EUR.
- Payment Conditions:
- The final balance is due either upon arrival in cash or prior to arrival by credit card or Pay Pal. If you wish to pay by card then payment MUST be made in advance. If you choose to do this a handling fee of 4.9% will apply, this must be done at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please let us know which method of payment you will be making if paying the balance before arrival. If you do not pay in advance you must pay in cash on arrival, you can NOT pay with card on arrival.
- If possible please advise us of your checking in time upon booking. This is important so a greeter can be arranged for you upon arrival.
- If there is a cleaning fee quoted within the total booking cost of this apartment this is payable upon arrival and must be paid by cash.
- Cancellation Conditions:
- Any cancellation requests made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur a loss of both deposits.
- Any cancellation requests made 7 - 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 4 - 6 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 80% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 3 days or less prior to arrival date or any no-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
